Pricing assumes an empty or nearly empty home in ordinary move condition. Significant buildup, construction dust, excessive debris, or other unusual conditions may require additional time.
Additional housekeeping time can be used for agreed household tasks beyond your standard cleaning.
Refrigerator and oven interiors are already included with Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning.
Prices are starting rates and may vary based on apartment size, number of bathrooms, condition, pets, and additional requests. If a visit requires substantially more time than expected, any additional work will always be discussed and approved before it is added. Applicable sales tax is additional.

Book once, or establish weekly or biweekly care. Recurring clients can keep their usual preferences on file so there’s less to coordinate each time.
You don’t need to be home. Entry can be arranged in advance, and your cleaning and selected home-care tasks are handled while you’re out.

04 / GOOD TO KNOW
Kitchen surfaces and sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors, bathroom cleaning, dusting, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping, trash, and general surface cleaning. Regular cleaning is intended for reasonably maintained homes.
Timing varies by apartment and condition. A maintained studio or small one-bedroom may take roughly 1–2 hours, while larger apartments or first-time cleans can take longer.
We bring standard cleaning products, microfiber cloths, brushes, gloves, and hand tools. Please have a functioning vacuum and mop available for regular cleanings. If you do not have either, let us know when booking.
We’ll discuss any additional time and cost with you before doing the extra work. Significant buildup, heavy grease, or excessive pet hair may require an Initial / Deep Cleaning. Additional work is never added to the bill without your approval.
Yes. Please disclose pets during booking. Excessive or embedded pet hair may require additional time.

Yes. Weekly and biweekly cleaning are the core offering, with the same cleaner and the same day and time whenever possible. Recurring customers receive priority scheduling.
Appointments can be changed or cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
The primary service area is Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Nearby requests can be submitted, but availability is not guaranteed.
